Warranty & Return:

Boots.cheap keeps there customer at first priority. Main motto of ours is always to provide customers with high quality products at competitive factory direct prices.All items we carry are inspected before dispatch to ensure a pleasant shopping experience.

Products which will Not count as faulty items:

If the item is not faulty but you are dissatisfied with it, please feel free to contact us. Kindly explain us the situation, we will allow a return for an exchange as long the item is unused/unworn with all its label, tags and original packaging. Shipping fees to return the item(s) to us and to resend the exchange will be covered fully by the customer.

Missing shoes items/accessories:

We check all shoes and footwear before sending them, this should be extremely rare. Please contact as per our warranty process as above, we will offer you a solution.

Size and wrong product:.

Due the wide offer available on our website, it is possible to observe slight size differences between them. Customers are responsible to review the size chart and to choose the right item.If you have received the wrong size, submit a ticket indicating the delivered size and the size you have ordered. Please kindly let us know whether the fitting is too small or too large.

Customers have to cover the shipping fees to return the items. This cost is not refundable. Customers should provide us the returning parcel tracking information. We will proceed with compensations once we receive the items.

Warranty Process:

We have provided support system via mail support@boots.cheap so to guarantee a fast and smooth warranty process, please indicate your ticket with all the details such as your order number, SKU number or the product name. Then kindly follow these 3 steps:

1. Description of issue

2. Once we have reviewed all the details above, we will arrange a return under warranty

3. Please ship the package according to the instructions provided by our team.

Warranty Compensation: All faulty items under the 30 days warranty should be returned to our warehouse with a form filled provided by our Customer Support Team. When we receive your faulty product our team will do test & then will replace at our cost or refund you.
